Le Roy, cashier of the General Treasury of the House of the King and Queen, and audited and signed regularly each month by Marc Antoine François Marie Randon de la Tour, administrator of the public treasury. Also included are four other related French documents from this period and a photocopy of a 1932 article from a New Orleans newspaper describing the journal.
